This girl is called Omicchan.
Omicchan is visiting a shrine and eating Oden.
The Kimono she worn is called Furisode. in kanji 振袖.
Furisode is a kind of kimono, it has longer sleeve than usual, and it's only for young girls before their marriage.
振 furi means swinging and 袖 sode means sleeves.

Pretty simple drawing, but she's cute. I think this style will be great in animation.
Anyway thanks to you i learned a word in japanese today.
I already knew the kanji 振 and 袖 singly, but not combined in this word.
Furisode=swinging sleeves, it couldn't be more easy.

Haha. Sometimes I turn to a teacher of Japanese words on dA.
Why do you know that Kanji? have any Jpns friends in France?

Yeah but they return in Japan a long time ago.
At this time, i couldn't speak just few words in japanese.
But they learned French, so i played the teacher too.

I learn japanese because i want to go in japan someday,
I wish i could work there for some years or more, who knows.

But for now i want to open a Pixiv account soon, that's why i work hard on the kanji since several month.
Anyway your teaching on DA is pretty welcome.

You've already known pixiv. If you don't, I was going to tell you that.
I saw one artist submitted a tutorial of how to pixiv in English. Though I don't know whether they work indeed. Here is it. [link]

Though I don't know about early pixiv, I feel it's lil' far from dA now. The comments are not popular and anonym communications are major, I guess. I don't know about famous artists on pixiv. I'm very minor! huhu.

Oh!ok
I just want to be a little more noticed in japan,
i guess Pixiv is not as good as i thought.
But i think i will try, it costs nothing to create an account.

Anyway thank you for your help

If you want many comments, maybe pixiv isn't useful. But many official contests are holding by the publishers and pixiv. and they might be the way to get some jobs in Japan.
Then once you'll get many fans on pixiv, many comments too, probably. Your skill and works are great enough.
